CeMESS Locations
CeMESS is based at two locations in Vienna. The research divisions CUBE, DOME, and TER (Department for Microbiology and Ecosystem Science) are located in the 3rd district near St. Marx, at the University of Vienna Biology Building (UBB) on the Vienna BioCenter campus, a hub for cutting-edge biological research.
The division EDGE (Department of Environmental Geosciences) is located in the 9th district near Spittelau, at the University Centre Althangrund, House II (UZA II), providing a dynamic environment for environmental geosciences research. Both locations are easily accessible via public transport – see the maps and directions below for more details.
