While it is not mandatory to secure external funding for admission to the PhD or postdoctoral program, we strongly encourage outstanding candidates to explore funding opportunities, including but not limited to the options listed below. Obtaining a personal stipend provides additional independence, allowing you to manage your own research budget and travel expenses. We are committed to supporting you in developing a collaborative research project and applying for your own grant.
