Persons of Trust at CeMESS

As ‘persons of trust’ we provide support in resolving conflicts.

We ensure confidentiality, your information will not be shared.

We act as a reliable point of contact for CeMESS members regardless of their position and duration of employment.

We see our work as a means to maintain and improve our work environment. 

We can be trusted to be impartial and empathetic in our interactions. 

While we are keen to help with conflict management and resolution, we cannot provide active mediation or psychological counseling. 

We are not obliged to share confidential information and will not do so without consent.

Confidentiality: Maintaining the privacy of sensitive information shared

Support: Offering emotional, moral, or practical support as needed

Guidance: Providing advice and helping to make informed decisions

No active mediation but support for independent conflict resolution
