Position Details
- Duration: 15 hours per week, initially for 4 months
- Start date: Immediate
- Location: University of Vienna, CeMESS, Djerassiplatz 1, 1030 Vienna
- Payment: KV job group C; student employee (approx. 970€/month for 15h/week)
Main responsibilities
- Design and implementation of the program website: Work with stakeholders to create the online presence for the new Master's program.
- Design promotional materials: Develop materials to effectively promote the program to prospective students, both online and in print.
- Organizational Support: Assist with logistical and organizational tasks, including scheduling and facilitating faculty meetings, taking minutes, and coordinating with academic staff.
- Faculty Communications: Manage communication among faculty members to ensure smooth coordination and timely dissemination of information.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with academic programs and courses at the University of Vienna.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with web design and content creation is a plus.
